I saw that too and wondered if it was a precursor to the Atlantic Richfield 
Co. which ran the chain of Arco filling stations. Back in the 70's there 
were many Arco stations all over central NY. It would be neat if they were 
served by the DLW/EL as I worked at one on weekends from time to time.
