I was surprised to see that any GP35s survived. Alas, not one F unit, UxxB or UxxC unit which routinely ran in back of my house. It would be great someday to see one of each of the remaining types be preserved, but I know that's a pipe dream that costs a lot of money and time. It's gratifying to know that at least some have been saved - for now. I would think the ex-DL&W EMC switcher would be something the PA RR Museum in Strasburg would love to get their hands on. - -----Original Message----- From: Todd Stearns [mailto:toddsyr_@_twcny.rr.com] Sent: Monday, March 30, 2009 11:09 PM To: EL Mail List Subject: Re: (erielack) Re: Survivors Any list members wishing for more data on EL survivors may wish to consult the following: http://gold.mylargescale.com/Scottychaos/Erie-Lackawanna-Survivors/ It's the best list of former EL locos I know of.
