Jim & List,

     My apologies for not mentioning NYS&W in
my description of that EL odyssey taken years 
in the Scranton area. Somehow I knew Jim
Guthrie would fill in the blanks. Incidentally, this 
trip was taken in my capacity as Inspector of 
Operations while based in Cleveland, Ohio and 
I did not take a camera with me that day. 

     The sidetrip to serve the customer at Eynon
always puzzled me since I never knew what
railroad originally served this spur. We passed
a 1200-series Geep that overheated on the old
O&W line to Riverside that day and picked up
the car that crew was originally supposed to 
place at Eynon.
