I've narrowed it down a little more. The Susq-Buff-Mah-Mar EMP TT #3
effective Oct 31, 1965 does not show any ATS and if you think about it, the
C-424's were delivered starting in May, 1963 and they did not have ATS.
So............the ATS must have been removed from service in April or May of
1963.
