Sorry I didn't catch the match of X2174 to 75>77 when originally posted.  Thought I'd pass on the building ID which was a joint effort between me and Charlie S.  X2174 is shot from the 4th Ave Xing in Ampere, looking NNE to the far end of the Crocker-Wheeler complex at Springdale (also the East side).  

I felt confessing to my error could be held off till finding the building.  I left the blow up of the building in X2174 readily available and never went back to the complete pic.  It was as if the hole didn't exist, and me the rock next to the curb idiot.  Charlie S caught my error within an hour, and he and I batted distant and somewhat inconclusive photos of the building back and forth until we finally got this closeup:

Excavation hole in X2174 has to be the same excavation that's in 2175 and
2176.      Note the two chunks out of the pipe about about 1 Oclock.  They
show in both photo's.

I don't see this as being in the immediate vicinity, at least based upon X2177.  I've checked quite a few Ampere but cannot locate the hip roof ventilator structure in the center.  The retaining wall on the right might help.  It does look familiar, hope someone else will recall.
