Re: (erielack) Steamtown Images--August 4, 2017--X Series (X2185-X2189) IDs

Here are some additions. How do we know the names of the cars Pequest and
Northbord?

*X2185--Delaware, NJ--Station, **view looks RR east.*

* [1921.xx.xx] X2186--Interior of parlor car Pequest(?)
[1921.xx.xx] X2187--Interior of Pullman car [1921.xx.xx] X2188--Interior of
parlor car Northbord(?) [1921.xx.xx] X2189-**Jersey City-Lackawanna
overhead crossing of PRR, Erie, and NYS&W tracks between Marion and Croxton
at West End. *
*[1921.10.19] *
Getting a late start on these this evening having been in Scranton today.
One of the things accomplished was delivering ( donating ) a complete set
of Lackawanna Signal Dept sheets for all interlocking and signal changes
between West Secaucus and Denville, via the Boonton Line. Probable in the
area of 300 blue prints all on three large rolls.

Road a brake in run with both F3s MU for the first time in a long time.
Both units had issues.

Visited one of my oldest friends and mentors, John Willever on the way
home, He is currently placed in a care facility near Phillipsburg. John
and his friend Alvin Smith are the two individuals that brought these glass
plates to the attention of the out side world when they were locked away at
Syracuse University. He is 89 but I hoping this stay is not a permanent one.
