RE: (erielack) Some additional thoughts on the EL Hot 100

If there was a "highly desirable" list for EL/Erie/DL&W modelers, here are suggestions... :)

* DL&W ACF 4-bay covered hopper (duh!)
* Re-runs of Dunmore and Keyser Valley cabooses
* For EL modelers, the 69000-series ACF exterior post 50' boxcars. Very commonly seen but no models that are even remotely close
* Again for EL modelers, the long-lived 69250-series far-offset plug door 50' boxcars. Another pretty unique car that lasted well
into the 1990s (many in EL paint!)
* ANY EL Meadville rebuild 40' boxcar with the characteristic rebuilt sidesills. Or better yet - how about a retrofit to existing
40' models with a revised sidesill - just cut out the existing sidesill and cement on the new one?
