X2235; Ampere, NJ; Rutledge Ave overpass looking West (RR S) @ new RR overpass [1921.10.24] (1)
X2236; Ampere, NJ; Rutledge Ave overpass looking RR W towards Grove St [1921.10.24] (2)

COMMENTS:
(1) X2235; Hoffmann Blvd is this side of the temp ROW girder bridge (out of service, ties pulled). I'm fairly sure Rutledge was being extended to the ROW when these pics were taken.
(2) X2236; Note ony East Bound temp track in this area.  For some reason the WB main & temp girder bridge was dropped.
(3) X2237; I believe Mr Barry is close to the current intersection of Lafayette & N. Maple.  Kind of Odd that here, a rather major road, there is no temp overpass.
(4) X2238; Taken from just RR N of the corner of Grove and Hoffmann Blvd.

Since the temp main had been reduced to a single track, I wonder just how they controlled it.  I also assumed that the final ROW ended up where the original was, but some of these and prior pics don't seem to fit.  Photos from June 1921 are here:
