Plate 2367  Looks like the DL&W would continue to serve Nicholson's freight
and express needs from the old station in town.  The new station was small
and most trains didn't stop there.  They did have a mail crane.  I visited
the location in the summer of 1979.  It looked like the building had just
been burned.  The concrete walls were still in place.  CR had taken over
and place was desolate.  Two tracks were in place but only one seemed to be
in use.  Standing on top of Tunkhannoc was something I will never forget.
