Not 100% sure which side of the Hackensack River we are on here, so I'm not
sure if we are in Kearny or Jersey City?  Not sure if the large distant
building in X2267 is part of Koppers Coke in Kearny or the PS&EG plant on
the Jersey City side?  Possilbe Wes or Rich T or others via old Ariels can
confirm my posting.  I'm going with the Jersey City side  of the river.
