Hi, quick response with out any Sanborn work, which will have to wait till this evening.  All are of Church ?Place (now reduced to a walk way down by Grove).  They extend from Grove up to Maple.  Angles are such that you don't see the church at the corner of Maple.  
All this is probably to document the push over of the WB main into the hillside on the N side of the ROW, and that they have a nice sidewalk.  
X2271 was probably taken from the wall you see in X2269, though I don't see how he got through the bushes.
Will do a more formal, searchable one later,
