List...
The Santa Fe went to outside builders for several fairly small groups of 86' high cube auto parts boxcars. Altogether, ATSF high cubes were fairly common on the EL, almost entirely in the service of Ford Motor Company. The high cubes built by Thrall Car were the most numerous, totalling 47 in the consist sheet database, from the number series 36525-36556, 36718-36821, 36825-36889, and 36936-36970. That number would put the ATSF Thrall-built high cube at number 58-59 in the consist sheet database.

Locations...
These cars were in service to various Ford Motor Company parts plants, and many were taking parts to the Ford assembly plant at Mahwah, NJ. Cars were seen going back empty to Chicago Heights via the C&EI, Plymouth, MI, via the C&O in Buffalo, The Budd Company in Gary, IN, via the Indiana Harbor Belt in Hammond, IN, Ford in Buffalo via the South Buffalo Railway, and Woodhaven, MI, via the Penn Central in Buffalo. A great number of them were also assigned to the parts plant in Green Island, NY, located on the D&H. That means these cars were frequent visitors through the D&H interchange at Jeff Jct. in order to avoid the clearance issue on the D&H at Belden Tunnel.
Model...
None. The closest thing is the old Athearn "blue box" "4-Door" high cube, which is nominally a Greenville Steel Car model. The Thrall cars are distinctive because of the recessed panels on the ends and on either side of the doors.
