Good catch, Joe! I went through my collection and found these images that
also show the solid plate (note the C300 shot that shows what appears to be
a "firecracker" antenna)

Also note the C301 wagon wheel antenna appears to have 6
symmetrically-spaced spokes, as opposed to the Overland Models
asymmetrically-spaced spokes. :( Ugh!
