Mystery solved. Lister Joel Long snapped a shot of the "Erie" car
(which, as Carl Perelman mentioned below, is an ex-GN lightweight coach
painted in Pullman Green and lettered "ERIE"). It's owned by URHS and
leased to the Cape May Seashore Lines along with other similar cars -
they all wear the names of other New Jersey railroads (yes, there is
also a "LACKAWANNA" out there!)

It's probably the URHS passenger car that is lettered "Erie", to
commerate one of New Jersey's railroads.
If so, this car is an ex Great Northern long distance coach.
