Attached is a photo of Flagg Coal 75. Yes it was at Spencer during the 2008 ELHS Southern States meet.

I'm pretty sure Flagg Coal 75 was the loco we rode behind at Spencer Shops during the 2008 ELHS Southern States meet. Steve, can you confirm? It had been brought to Spencer for Rail Days as the incumbent live steamer, the former Graham County RR Shay, had been permanently sidelined a year or two earlier due to a boiler isuue. By favorable coincidence, this loco has historical significance for ELHS, as its original gig was at the Jamesville quarry on the DL&W.
Flagg Coal #75??? I saw it in Florida last year and rode the train.
