Don and List,

Today I was on Google and ran into a magazine on meat packing (don't ask).
This magazine is called "The National Provisioner" and was dated March 31,
1900. It happened to have an extremely well-written article by a meat
processor who took a trip on the DL&W from Hoboken to Chicago. He describes
in eloquent detail what it was like in a Lackawanna coach and the sites you
saw. A good read and one I'll bet no DL&W fan has ever seen before. Your
comment Don prompted me to post this.
