Subject: River Line-Belfast Viaduct
"Belfast_Trestle-1.jpg" - image/jpeg, 1093x828 (24bit)

Here are two photos of the Belfast Trestle under construction on the
Genesee River Railroad.(Erie-River line,River Jct.-Cuba Jct.)

These shots are looking west,the relocated PRR Roch.Br. runs under
the end at the foot of the abutment.

What is the name of the traveling device on the deck.

Mike Connor added:
"It is my understanding that my grandfather began his railroad career as
a telegrapher at the Belfast Viaduct".

As there were no stations on this line,I interpret this to mean he
was an operator at the block station there.
How many block stations were on the River line ???
