I think this was "Howards" switch.  I believe it was removed in the last
couple years (it was still showing in the NJT 2000 track chart).

My early 1990's Conrail ZTS map identifies it as "Sillcocks Miller"

I don't have my Bill Sheppard book handy to find an older name.
