I stand corrected to 1974. Only off one year on a 30 year old memory of the wooden planks the B&B was using to stand on while they paint the tower. I was thinking it was after I went to work for the EWIB, I did not realize that I was still agent at Bangor when it was painted. It was a long time ago.
