RE: (erielack) Erie Telegram



Todd, I think this is a directive to the agent to 

"File S&R & Bill NYC&StL
"16100 N.L Buffalo"

I don't know what an "S&R" was.  "Shipped and Received???"
"16100" refers to the weight of the shipment, on which the bill was based.
"N. L Buffalo" has me buffaloed (sorry) but I suspect that it's telling the "Agt" that the load came to whereever its been
delivered from the NYC&StL via Buffalo.  This is the DL&W billing the NYC&StL for it's share of the billing to the shipper.
