Lest we confuse some 22nd-century researcher (or 21st-century modeler), the Atlas U-boats we were discussing have the trucks in the correct orientation, and do NOT need to be turned around. I cannot address whether or not other manufacturers' models need a truck 'rotation' (but, IIRC, SGL mentioned older, MUCH older, Alco Models brass locos that needed that modification).
