Hi Jim,

I don't have a 1941 ETT, but have one from a year later. As can be
seen, by that time train 685 ran into Woodbine.

I checked the next earlier ETT that I have, which still shows some
limited passenger service on the Piermont Branch, aside from the NJ&NY
trains between Nanuet Jct. and Spring Valley. It does show train 685
running west of Spring Valley, but shows no time at Suffern. Train 631
seems to do the same thing, but see the note next to it on page 83 -
only if there are passengers for Monsey or Tallmans. Relevant timetable
pages are attached.
