Subject: Chicago to Philadelphia -- The Best Way?
"NYC-DLW-PRR_1.jpg" - image/jpeg, 248x484 (24bit)

Now here’s a nice way to travel between Chicago and Philadelphia. The DL&W Timetables I’ve seen all emphasize Chicago-NY or maybe Buffalo –Philadelphia, but leave it to the NY Central to paint the entire picture!

I wonder if those Stroudsburg connections were guaranteed. Did the PRR hold for the Lackawanna, and vice versa? There’s just something about a 7-minute connection on a train out of Buffalo that seems, well, astounding.
