It is obvious that the original print was overexposed and over-developed.
Photoshop pulled out some of the details from otherwise black areas, but the
doctoring is obvious. If I had the original print to work with, rather than
just a screen capture, something could probably be done with this image.



Nonetheless, the subject of the photo is an interesting one. It shows a
home signal at VO, which is remotely controlled from the Erie's FS Tower at
Elmira, N Y. View looks eastward.



Can anyone interpret this photo (and the whole area) for me? I've never
been to Elmira...
