This series does not look like anything between Binghamton and Syracuse
that I can find. The surrounding country looks a little too warm and
flat also.
When I sharpen the sign in X1264, it looks like there might be a
letter "L" on the left, and the next character might be an ampersand,
followed by what might be and "N" or an "H" (See attachments). So maybe
a junction with L&NE or L&HR?
Just a wild guess, still looking.
