Another batch of color stuff from Steve's collection...

"ACF Talgo" features the distinctive ACF Talgo demonstrator set, sitting on the Denville, NJ wye tail track adjacent to Young's Coal
(and the photo is taken by William S. Young himself). The date is May 1955, and the train is flying extra flags. I'm guessing the
train set is being turned on the wye. I am questioning the date on the slide itself, as all the photos I've seen of this train on
the DL&W were in 1949 (including a shot of it in my collection where it's blowing through Boonton, NJ on May 12, 1949), but
regardless, it's a pretty rare deal, especially in color!

Tower interior - Dover, NJ - Although this photo is 4 years into Conrail, the scene in Dover tower really hasn't changed since EL
days... Operator Russell Ruff posts at his desk with the modelboard and interlocking levers at the right. December 1979, William S.
Young photo.

Tower interior - Denville, NJ - Another post-Conrail shot (and you really can't tell!), inside Denville tower is operator Ray Ruff
(I'm guesing he and Russell were brothers?) working the levers. William S. Young photo - this was a short walk for our photographer
to home on this New Year's Eye, December 31, 1979.
