At least a few boxcars, too (see attached)

Also, I've noticed that a few of the early covered hopper rebuilds/repaints
were done at Scranton. Same question: What's the rhyme or reason? The
Cleveland rebuilds mostly predate 1967, so maybe it was a capacity issue at
Meadville so that the rolling stock fleet could get repainted into EL?
