Gentlemen, I have a picture taken from the NB Autotrain back in 1998 or so. It shows the Van's Resturant, "Lackawanna Ruver Club".
A google search shows it is located at 2310 Edison Ave Jacksonville Florida. Anyone know about this? Is the owner a transplant from PA?
