I've attached some photos I took for modeling purposes of the Norda facility back in the early 1990s and you can compare with the
map. The maps confirming this as Boonton Rubber pretty much explain why Norda has a coal dock (that's what the spur is for). If you
look carefully at my "Norda a" shot, you can see how steeply the spur climbs to get atop that coal dock. I'm assuming that Norda
added the overhead piping at the back of the dock (barely visible in my photo) for tank car loading/unloading?
