Working my way through my notes . . . here's a nice short bio of W.H.
Truesdale with a picture, courtesy of the Coal Trade Journal 2/15/1899.

It's interesting to note that within five months, W. R. Storrs would
"retire" as head of the coal division, and son W.H. Storrs who had expected
to succeed gets fired as well -- and shows up (for a short time) as a coal
manager on the O&W.

The DL&W replaced Stoors with E.E. Loomis, who had recently been General
Superintendent of the NYS&W, and later went on to bigger and better things
(President of the LV IIRC).
