Just found a picture I took in 2008 of the Myrtle St Signal Bridge , it
shows that all that is left is the two concrete posts, all the wood must
have rotted away.Sam Weibel...

Pat the remains of one was and may be still be below the Myrtle St signal
bridge that's a ten minute drive from your office, it was there a couple
years ago on my last visit to Scranton.

Okay, you've got my interest.

Did these remain intact all the way to the end of the EL era?
How were they deployed? Single one for a grade crossing, double for a
signal?

I will soon be offering HO Scale resin castings of the DL&W signal relay
cabinet. The styles offered are the single stand-alone cabinet as well as
the double cabinet configuration. As far as I have seen, these have never
been offered before and the castings that I am doing will be in a very
limited number. These boxes were most often seen wherever there was a
signal or grade crossing. There were many of these in existence although
today very few remain. I don't know the final price per cabinet yet since
they are being produced right now. The models in the photo are the test
castings. I will e-mail the list again when the parts arrive and I have a
price.
