Subject: Tender Lettering
"mms_04608_tender_3.jpg" - image/jpeg, 796x444 (24bit)

List,

Attached is a photo of what I believe is MOW tender 04608, as best I can make out the number. It is assigned to Port Jervis. The photo is from late 1957. My question: Does anyone know what the lettering says leading into the logo? I've worked the photo on my software but this is the best I can get.
