It was part of this inspection train that ran in April 1966. But the mystery
is... what WAS this inspection train? I have more shots of this train
sitting in Youngstown, taken by Cliff Redanz, that has it labeled as a
"Dereco inspection train" - but this predates Dereco by a few years. Anyone
know the real story? It's quite a rainbow of business cars - C&O, Wabash,
SP, N&W and EL!
