I wanted to share with the list members something I found that belonged to my late father. It is a genuine leather folder for his Army discharge papers given to him by the Erie Railroad upn returning home from WW II.(some pics may be blurry but you get the point) The Erie like many other employers kept employee's jobs open for them during their stint in the war. In was a real nice gesture of appreciation for our uniformed men employed by the Erie. Does any know if any other RR's had done anything similar?
