Yep. Here's more proof.

Here's an old, blurry, discolored Instamatic photo that I took of a gray boxcar some time in the late winter or early spring of '75, in a westbound going past my grandmother's house in Addison, NY. Some of the gray boxcars might have even made it long enough to see Conrail.
