"stoker06-3-EL.jpg" - image/jpeg, 1381x1643 (24bit)

Here are the EL-relevant pages in "The Stoker", numbers 5, 6, and 7 (4/6/73,
4/27/73, and 5/18/73, respectively)

Comments....

stoker05-2-EL.jpg
* The first article is about the wreck where the cab car landed atop U33C
#3305 and destroyed the cab - but spared the lives of its crew.

stoker05-4-EL.jpg
* Where is the Green Ridge Yard in Scranton? Is this a D&H yard?
* What was the reason for the EL detours this day? (running via Sunbury?)

stoker06-2-EL.jpg
* An excellent list of times for EL trains at Hornell. Note that NY-99
dropped off a U34CH for repairs at Hornell (I wonder what was wrong with
such a new unit that it had to go to Hornell?)

stoker07-1-EL.jpg
* The start of the "Delaware Division is being abandoned!" messages. It was
everywhere in the early 1970s, and isn't it funny that it's still in use
today? :) "Hindsight is 20/20" :)

By the way, you will have noticed several listers names in these articles
(Jerome Rosenfeld, Jim Gerofsky, and of course Randy Brown) - thanks, guys!
