To all Listers and ELDCPS members:

One of our best kept "secrets" is the reproduction 54 oz. DL&W water
pitchers, reproduced by the D. W. Haber Company. We are very proud to offer these
faithful reproductions of the glass water pitchers that once graced the Dining Car
tables of the Lackawanna Railroad. Each pitcher stands 9 1/4 inches tall, and
is marked with "DL&W" under the lid, just as the originals.

When we approached D.W. Haber with reproducing these, the first one was not
exact, and this is the one that is pictured on our website. (Mike is going to
post the correct one, as soon as he can get to it.) We asked the company if
they could rework the handle to accurately duplicate the originals, and they said
"Yes." Please see attached photo of the final version. We are committed to
having our reproductions mirror the originals as close as possible!

We can offer these beautiful reproductions to ELDCPS members at a price of
only $205.00, and $215.00 for nonmembers, plus $10.00 shipping. We have one, and
I can honestly say that the picture does not due them justice, they are truly
stunning. With any original Dining Car water pitchers easily going for over
$500.00, we believe that the price for these is quite reasonable, and will look
great on any dining room table.
