Subject: Erie Steam Photos Wayland 1940's
"Erie_Caboose_04800_at_Wayland.jpg" - image/jpeg, 1776x1184 (256c)

I recently wrote an article about Wayland's railroads which was
published in the Wayland Historical Society newsletter. A few weeks ago
I received a phone call from a gentleman now living in Florida who grew
up in Wayland. He had read my article and told me he had taken a number
of photos as a boy of the Erie and the DL&W in Wayland in the 1940's.
He was kind enough to mail me the photos. I'll post a few now & will
add more later. Few photos exist of the Erie between Avon & Corning
during the steam era so I thought the list would appreciate seeing these.
