Does anyone know the story behind this commemorative tile? Did they actually run an excursion for Mental Health? Obviously the changed numberboards are an artists' touch, but I'm curious if this train was actually run. Based on the fact that they made a tile for it I assume so, but does anyone know anythingf about it?
