Thanks, I stand corrected. I have attached 2 photos. One of an Erie F3 and One of a D,L&W F3 Courtesy od David Fairbanks and Larry Berger via George Elwood's Fallen Flag RR's. Apparently the FT's were the "700" series and the F3's were "800's" although they look very similar from the front and the placement of the side mounted number boards. It is also interesting that although this configuration was on the Erie F3's, the D,L&W's F3's had the front number boards angled and more pronounced on their units. Was this just a "Phase" modification or were they able to be orderd like this?
