Hi folks,

After all the chatter about phases, here are the descriptions of the
DL&W/Erie units... First, what these phases mean:

PHASE I: Tall flat-top fans on roof, top body panel with chicken wire,
center panel with three portholes and no chicken wire

PHASE II early: Tall flat-top fans on roof, top body panel with chicken
wire, two portholes on center panel with chicken wire between

PHASE II late: Short pan-top fans on roof, top body panel with chicken
wire, two portholes on center panel with chicken wire between

PHASE IV: (aka "F5s") Chicken wire on upper panel replaced with
horizontal stainless steel grille, no chicken wire between portholes
