Paul and list,

Here is the littlest guy on the roster - EL Switcher 03148!

This photo I believe is from Secaucus, circa 1970. She is
working the yard. Is this a one time occurance or was it
a practive to use locomotive cranes? With all the FRA rules
on locos and operation, plus union requirements, etc., what
is going on here? Perhaps some of you operating guys
can explain these photos. Thanks.
