I've also never come across a picture of the tower, but here's the

I don't think I have ever seen a photo of the tower, but many years ago I
was interviewing an old retired DL&W Dispatcher who worked it, and either he
or his brother had made an O gauge model of it which he showed me. It was
very well done, and I remember it being of the Dover, E. Stroudsburg
variety. I think it sat up about where US 380 goes over head on the
north side of the tracks.

Yes, the 50,000 Gal water tank was on a small runaround track, as shown in
your post. That would be behind Bunnell in the current batch of photos.
Interesting that a caboose was there all by its self.
