After Scranton, the train porters would go thru the cars, asking what people were catching the buses to Rockefeller Center or maybe Penn Station. Then they would carry the bags forward to be put on the buses. The only ID was this tag. The passengers would walk down the platform and just get on the bus to Manhattan.
