A rare treat for us denizens of the lands below the Mason-Dixon Line: EL
equipment spending the night in my home town. 1973 Greenville hopper
#33418 tied up for the night on an industrial spur adjacent to Church
Street in Murfreesboro. It was half-filled with coarse ballast and was
with a string of mixed heritage hoppers. The CSX B23-7 and work cars
from the train tied up at the old Murfreesboro station. A pleasant
change from watching the double-stacks blasting through Bell Buckle at
60MPH or the Walking Horse and Eastern crawling in from Wartrace.

One of the pictures I posted was a plate with a diagram of some kind. It
was located on the end of the hopper, below the slanted sheet, and
behind the end ladder. Does anyone know what this diagram was for?
