Joshua-

The tack boards on the DL&W 50' welded box car are near the bottom of
the door. The large one to the right and the small one to the left.
Both tack board bottoms are lined up slightly below the third rib
up the door from the bottom. This alignment is taken from the pictures in
the Erie/DL&W Color Guide to Freight & Passenger Book by Larry
DeYoung & Mike Del Vecchio, pages 104 & 105 of this class of
Box Cars. Here's a picture of one of the one's I built.

The end tack boards are the large ones only, mounted just above the right
side grab iron.
