Here is a modeling example of this practice. There are two photographs
on consolidation 359 on George Elwell's "Fallen Flags and Other Railroad
Photos". One is in Scranton at the roundhouse and the other is in
Bangor on the B&P. I'll have this model on display at the up coming
ELHS convention at the end of this month.
