It’s a mess up our way, also. We’re OK – just a few damp spots in the cellar after 5-6” of rain. Vestal, which is essentially the south side of Binghamton, has a flood stage of 18 feet and was supposed to get 35-36 feet of water in the Susquehanna last night and today. I-86 (old NY-17) at Appalachin looked like this yesterday morning, and the crest had not been reached. Toward the lower left corner, you can see the red tile roof of the old DL&W Appalachin depot just to the right of I-86 just beyond where the trucks are lined up.
