Roofs were black, as were the underframes, and all else was the green color - see the attached photo by Karl Geffchen.

Lettering on the Erie cars was yellow (NOT dulux!) - it appeared to be the same yellow used on the steam locomotive lettering (and the yellow on the black/yellow diesels as well)

Your business car should be a single digit. Erie had 1-6 used, so perhaps you can use "7"?

The "lunch car" could be slotted in the "Parlor car" (2996-2999) or diner series (939-948)

The baggage/RPO car could be slotted into the 600-series, where Erie's RPO cars were.

I don't know of any Erie passenger decals in O scale, though I am planning on eventually doing these - I have some artwork drawn up but it needs some more content...
