In C5128 there is a PRR train crossing the DL&W at DM Tower in Buffalo with
the LVRR main crossing overhead. The street in the foreground is Clinton St.
The Niagara Frontier Food Terminal would soon be to the immediate right of the
photographer, served by the Erie and NKP. The NE connection to PRR's Buffalo
Line swings off to the left and passes under the LV's bridge that is just
visible above the crossing shanty.

Attached is a 1917 Sanborn map snippet of the area.
